We offer a 45 day limited warranty on selected items, if you are unsatisfied with the product(s), you may return them within 45 days of ordering at the delivery address. In the event of a return, please contact our FXW Customer Support Team, as they would gladly assist you with this process.

It is our intention to respond to all queries within a period of 48 hours. However, please be cognizant of potential delays that might occur during public holidays and other periods of high volume activity.

Returning your Item(s)

1. For smoother returns and to minimize inconvenience and extra expenses due to the weight of the product, kindly reach out to our Customer Service Team via telephone, email, or Live Chat before initiating the return process. This will ensure a more efficient and hassle-free experience.

2. Attach or submit proof of purchase in the form of documentation and the reason why the return is requested. After a quick confirmation of the information provided, we will instruct you how to correctly handle the return process from your end.

3. Please note that in the event of a return of item(s), the specific item(s) will be requested to be shipped to a warehouse location and will need to be further inspected for quality and/or resell-ability.

4. Furthermore, it's important to note that returns unrelated to quality concerns may be subject to shipping charges. These fees will be assessed by the carrier and will vary depending on the distance of the return and the weight of the product.

5. After having received the returned items, and the items have been deemed sellable by our fulfillment center's inspection staff, we will process your return.

6. Depending on your bank or creditor, refunds should appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days.

Items returned/cancelled due to incorrect order(s)

Orders that have been duly placed on fwx.life which have remained unprocessed or unfulfilled at the time of a cancellation request, shall be exempt from any charges or additional fees imposed in connection with their cancellation.

In the event that an order necessitates return due to the provision of an inaccurate address, the ordering of an incorrect item, or reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall assume sole responsibility for all costs incurred as a result of said return/cancellation, including but not limited to fees associated with shipping, handling and processing. FXW retains the right, at its absolute disctrection, to choose whether to partially or fully cover these expenses; nevertheless, it is under no obligation to do so.
